Hi Amy! Joe and I wanted to send you a note to thank you for your work on the Hypertension R01 Grant for Henry Ford Hospitals.

You really nailed the key usability elements required and the work provides a crystal clear vision of what well-designed technology can do. While we are still a way off from knowing if/when that project will start, I wanted to give you a special shout out for your effort from both of us. Looking forward to kicking off the automated measures project soon... ;-)

We gave Amy the difficult task of working through our legacy UI and UX then challenged her to come up with something new. Working with Amy through this process was a real pleasure and I would go as far as to say fun!

The quality and speed of work which Amy produced was mind-blowing and I would have no hesitation in recommending Amy to you to take on any type of UX and design work. She certainly did an amazing job with our high-end video encoding design, but she also showed us a huge divergent range of other project types that she had worked on.

I just wanted to let you know how much our team has enjoyed working with Amy. She’s done amazing work in a short time period, with a challenging/complex product and team (lots of opinions and fast-paced).

I’d love to keep the door open to working with Amy again as everyone on the team would enthusiastically rehire!

I've been very impressed by her UI/UX abilities, but even more so I was impressed by her ability to help us learn about what we really needed in a project like this.

It has truly been a pleasure working with Amy: who was able to understand our complex application quickly and recognize the balance between evolution and revolution for our tens of thousands of users. Amy provided a different perspective on the CatDV UX, which made us think about our users and what they are trying to do, in a way that we wouldn't have considered on our own. The deliverables have been spot on, and leave us in a great spot for development. We look forward to re-engaging for feedback when the development is underway.
